Open Combat Arms folder


Double-Click on Language folder


Open "Language_ENG"


Scroll down to the end, save the latest line number and wait for an update.
After Nexon update, enter the file again and scroll down from the latest line number you saved.
You will see the items and their description.
Pretty easy to understand.
