Shifting tutorials ( Quarantine Regen )

If you play CA, you have heard of shifting.
Shifting is when you attack with a knife or zombie claws then hold shift immediately after, you will hear a delayed attack when you do this.
This is a form of glitching and is a bannable offence, however funny to see how many people get pissed off.
Basically if there is a free runner and you are a zombie, run after him, attack and hold shift immediately and dash after him, you will most likely get the kill.
